Wow, this is incredible. Almost exactly what I was looking for. I've been wanting to do a piece with a creature standing on a bunch of skulls but I didn't know how to start. This is really helpful, thank you!

Definitely a good technique, you notice so many issues when you flip an image. The same applies to traditional art - just use a mirror.
