Awesome... thanks for this. I find skin texture such a bugger to do... and good tips you would suggest?

No worries, just try to get those little imperfections in there; not too much, but study skin and work out what you need to show. I work with a combination of hard and soft brushes for skin, to give a nice balance of textures.
